Do I have to report a laptop taken on holiday?
Whether a laptop taken on holiday has to be reported depends on what changed. Damage, a theft, and anything that changes what is in the home or what the building is, all get reported. Nothing else does.
Away from home a laptop sits under a different heading from the one that covers it at the desk, and the two amounts are not the same.
