From a report to a decision

You report the damage
A report can be made as soon as you notice the damage. It is registered the same day it reaches us.

We look at the claim
A claims handler reads the report and the evidence with it, and asks you if something is missing.

You get the decision in writing
The decision carries the date it was taken and the reason behind it, so nothing about it is left to memory.
