A new set of policy conditions takes effect, January
A new version of the household conditions applies to policies renewed from this month. The version that applied on the day of the damage is the version a claim is read against.
The new version is published beside the current one from today, so the two can be read side by side before a renewal falls due.
Policyholders affected by this change are written to at the address held on the policy. Nothing is needed from anybody who is not written to.
