The premium indexation figure is set, October
The indexation figure that applies to sums insured from the new year is set this month. It follows the published building cost index.
Sums insured move with it automatically. The premium follows the sum insured, and the schedule shows both.
Policyholders affected by this change are written to at the address held on the policy. Nothing is needed from anybody who is not written to.
